I'm having a great day thanks for asking. That "photosearch" that is across that photo is the trademark which is supposed to prevent unathorized use of it. If you had bought the photo, as you are supposed to, your legal copy wouldn't have that embedded in it. I thought that you are not supposed to use copyrighted items on this site unless you have the owner's permission. Am I incorrect in believing that? I need to clarify that because I too would like to make some kimis.

ahhmmm...hi loulou42..hope your having a good day....mmmm..anyway.....that photosearch across the pic as you said is already at the image.....as you can see or notice some of my new kimis having that photosearch at the middle of the image....BCOZ all of the images of the website where i get this images are having that word "photosearch" across the pic...(every pics are having that word so i covered some of my kimis with my artist name)...hope you understand......GOD bless...thankss!!!

Nice COPYRIGHTED photo dvc! That "photosearch" across the pic is to show it's copyrighted, but I suppose that you do have permission from the owner otherwise I'm certain you wouldn't have used it. But then again, I don't see any notice to that effect on your kimi.
